("XOMA"), a Bermuda company, is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and manufacture of therapeutic antibodies designed to treat autoimmune, infectious, inflammatory and oncological diseases. Our proprietary development pipeline includes XOMA 052, an antibody that inhibits interleukin-1 beta ("IL-1 beta"), which is expected to advance into Phase 3 development for the treatment of Behcet's uveitis and is in Phase 2 clinical development for Type 2 diabetes with cardiovascular biomarkers; XOMA 3AB, a biodefense anti-botulism product candidate comprised of a combination, or cocktail, of antibodies; and preclinical antibody discovery programs in several indications, including autoimmune, cardio-metabolic, inflammatory, and oncological diseases.
